Clackamas Women's Services
Our mission is to foster self-empowerment of women and children so they can establish lives free of domestic and sexual violence.

Since 1985, Clackamas Women's Services has safely sheltered over 7,000 women and children within the walls of our two shelters. With living areas painted rich, warm colors, and further graced with astonishing murals, the shelters represent something that many of its residents have not experienced for a very long time-a home that is safe and welcoming, a place of refuge, not a place of fear.

Clackamas Women's Services provides the only two emergency shelters and crisis line for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Clackamas County. One in eight women are survivors of domestic or sexual violence in Oregon and a likely 20,000 of those women and their children live in Clackamas County. Each year Clackamas Women's Services gets more than 5,000 calls for help and 350 of those women and children find shelter at Clackamas Women's Services.
