Hi, Peace lovers, please call me Mo :-). I have a BA degree in psychology and graduated Summa
Cum Laude, now in grad school for transpersonal, integral, contemplative and somatic psychology. I work as an online tutor
for college undergraduates in the areas of psychology, philosophy, religion and writing. I teach and practice massage therapy
and am creating a workshop for Thai Massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I
also volunteer to work with veterans who are recovering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) using Mindfulness Based
Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other healing modalities.
I am currently training as a lay minister and creating support groups for healing estranged relationships and recovery
from all types of abuse, including Domestic Violence (DV) and Religious Trauma (RT). I have seven wonderful children, born
at home and home educated and I made the informed choice to not vaccinate my children. I have been a breastfeeding coach,
organizer of an organic food coop and herbal buying club, certified colon hydro therapist (CCH), Reiki master, certified personal
trainer (CPT), non-toxic esthetician, reflexologist and herbalist and amateur body builder and writer. I used to have a small
health spa and am a certified nutritional coach.
But most important, I am a peace loving, empathic, earth conscious mommy who loves her kids and grandkids and raised
them to be conscious, loving spirits and I have compassion for the suffering of others. I now keep busy with grad school and
writing, but make time for the beach, cycling, yoga, music, reading, friends and family, prayer, meditation and healthy living
and am a raw foodie! I love to read and network with like minded people. A good book is like a raft, when you reach the other
side, send the book back out to help others :) I walk the Windansea beach near my home here in La Jolla, CA everyday, enjoying
nature and finding my peace in the crash of the waves. I am committed to healing my world with love and laughter, using Authenticity,
Boldness and Courage, the ABC's of being true to your self! To be a peaceful lover would mean to have no secret weakness or
wound you want someone else to fix for you. Searching out your own voids is the first step, filling them with being or essence
is the second. Every single relationship, good, bad, long, short, all serve as a mirror for us, so that we can learn about
ourselves! Namaste to all!
