In
March 2009 Chloe discovered she had a cancerous tumor. It was a squamus cell carcinoma lower rectal tumor that
is to be removed in early April. Recovery may be helped by chemo therapy and by an oncologist's off-lable prescription
of DCA (dichloroacetate). She also urges everyone, especially those over 50 years, to get a colonoscopy.

Chloe Joquel Freeland is a peace teacher and activist, founder
of the PeaceClinic Institute for Consciousness Research (Oceanside, CA), volunteer member of the Friends of the Philosophical Research Society (Los Angeles, CA), co-founder of the World Peace Technology Center (Orissa, India) and member of the Flock of Angels (Laguna Hills, CA). She is a former encyclopedia editor for Grolier, Inc. (NYC), technical writer for Qualcom, Sony,
ClinicComp (San Diego, CA), and Apple Computer Company (Sunnyvale, CA).
As a personal relationships coach (founder of Creative Coaching Institute) she offers free personal coaching services to victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes. As director of the
PeaceClinic she has developed a series of low-cost online workshops that train and certify peace practitioners. (Peace Practitioner Workshops)
Her mission is to discover everything about human consciouness and to enable others
to learn how to live a peaceful and compassionate lives in an unpeaceful, competitive, and dangerous world.
Chloe's association with her earliest mentor, Arthur Louis Joquel II, has provided
her with a unique education especially in the fields of anthropology, sociology, ancient history, and peace studies. They
were both students of Manly P. Hall, founder of the Philosophical Research Society.
World Peace Begins at Home. She has dedicated her life to the PeaceClinic's moto
and believes it is necessary to tell the world about the suffering of victims of domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse
and animal abuse. Since 1995 she has been a student and supporter of the Nicole Brown Foundation and it's primary founder, Denise Brown. From another perspective Chloe has supported the World Peace Technology Center and it's founder, Prof. Fani Bhusan Das, author of the book, Peace Technology.
The DCA education project and site is dedicated to researchers and creative thinkers
who have dared to share the benefits of a new cancer therapy. Chloe has an enourmous respect for the healing arts and
sciences of all world cultures. Modern medicine as it compliments ancient medical wisdom is a constant inspiration to
a truth seeker and peace teacher.
